Just checked and as others have told this is the same production house that gave shows like Balika Vadhu, Gangaa(even though it was slightly crap at the end) and even Saraswatichandra. They should go back and look at their own shows especially BV to see what worked and get it done here.

The couple especially the younger ones need to talk to each other. The makers have to show a basic level of trust being built between Shiva and Raavi. Once that is done then they can bring not just 3rd angle, but even 41st angle if they please. The shows around us in the same channel have got all the leads to either confess or apologize and built the trust. They need to show the leads working together to solve MUs or fight villains.

Let GauRa do baccha jaap, the younger ones should be shown to stay away from all that. It's still not too late to salvage the show, just get meaningful tracks even slightly OTT is OK and show the couples romancing as well.
