Dieting not like starving yourself but eating healthy helps the most what I've seen in my case

Exercise yes I want to but don't have any motivation since few months 😭

I need dhakka to start exercising, too lazy

yes! Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise

I feel that portion control helps me
