Why blame Shishank???

Hey Guys.... I dont get it.. why does everyone keep blaming Shishank for the way he treats Arman...

He's the head.. and Arman is an intern... on his way to become a responsible doc... Place yourself in Dr. Shishank's shoes.. wouldnt you expect some amount of responsibility by your intern?? What harm does he do when he talks about Arman's suspension??? Dint he just walk out to Kasuli??? agreed he had personal probs... bt were that probs more important than the treatment of his patients???

It was very careless of Arman (a doc) when he got lost in the operation theater. So why blame Shishank???

He is very right when he thinks about the general public opinion about Sanjeevani...

Yes, he's acting very professional... but then that's what a doctor's (plus a head's) job demands... doesnt it???

Responsible doctors have not taken any step when they see 2 patients outside the hospital and proceed with their bike race... so isnt Dr. Shishank suppose to get angry???

I dont think Dr. Shishank has been ever wrong in commenting on Arman and his careless behaviour towards his patients and as a doc... Remember he never spared his daughter (Ridz) when she was blamed for negligence...
An exception is only when he comments on Arman's tatoos.. that's when he brings in his personal opinion on somone's personal life...Also, he always acts on the facts presented in front of him and never encourages the guilty person to talk and defend himself/ herself....

So guys .. he's jus doing his job.... and does not have any personal grudge against him.... jus like when a teacher would scold his/her pupil for not doing their homework or not performing well in exams...
