Well this is itv for us ... returning to any show after years, I had hoped for things to hv improved.

This has been a continuous trope for ITV and even after years it hasn't changed. The most pathetic aspect is this that ITV has started to call itself progressive but refuses to mature.

Fake molestation, fake rapes, Fake consummation to hurt the FL, drugging one to show intimacy....all these make a mockery of sensitive issues; disregarding the trauma the victims face in real life.

That is one pathetic storyline that refuses to die. I swear it is like one of those stubborn black spots on your nose that refuses to be removed. Those Bhagyas seriously need to drop down dead. They are outdated and too much of a headache to look at.

Also another track I despise is the plastic surgery or double dual twin tracks. I don't understand why people resort to those shit either. I mean one can frame so many plots within a plot and yet people go for them. Worse is people actually view them😓

I wanted to reply here last night lekin they give me 11 posts per day 😭 and I am a spendthrift What do I think about the plot? I feel central characters needn't be positive characters in every drama. Positivity sets unrealistic standards 😆 we humans are deplorable 😛 There are women who put false allegations...there are people who lend their silence to support this misconduct...🤔 There are men and women who cheat...Central character can have these qualities as stories are not only about good people 🎃🎃 We have Tejo in this story to represent goodness 🎍🎍 my opinion is we should give them a chance to present their story 😉 rather than asking them to change it 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

They literally have sold their morals for views. Farteh’s character has already been butchered beyond redemption and now it’s worse than that. Jasmean too. These two just keep reaching a new low everyday.

I was surprised to see these tracks making a comeback. I’m a history major and the glorification of toxic things have been going on since the 50s or even before. To see that it’s 2021, and shows haven’t changed their mindset much is disheartening.

I guess a huge chunk of people still like this. Decent stories don’t do much it seems 😟

@bold EXACTLY! Gosh these cvs don’t understand how traumatic such incidents can be. These shows don’t come with a trigger warning, but even if they did, it still isn’t ok to make a mockery out of serious issues. It’s sickening 😔

Exact thoughts! Fateh is literally emotionally and literally cheating on his wife. He is lying, pretending to be good to her and going behind her back with her sister. They planned a trip to Chandigarh ffs by lying to her.🤢 This doesn’t make Fateh any better than Jasmin. Fateh is equally responsible for the cheating as Jasmin is.

I hope Gippy gives these cheaters a good lesson because thats the only person whose good now and if they plan to stick to reality so much “ki aisa hota h in real life” then they shd also stick to what happens to cheaters when they are discovered by the wife and family in real life too. 😈
