I have a suggestion : make a Google form for the questions and post the link on the thread when it's time and it can easily be disabled the moment deadline is up. That will make the job easier than sending PMs and results can be compiled and shared really quick as well! 👍🏼

I don't have experience with google forms but have already made one. My concern was how to authenticate Google forms ...

One way will be to everyone to get google form by DMs.. on the form they will have to write their name and time of receiving DM. That way authentication ho jayga!.. So no one will have to share email id or google id on these forms.
