I have already lost family to COVID, I don’t think I have it in me to watch a COVID related show

I think it doesn't bother about the TRP race as much for some reason which is a little surprising. I agree with you--the duration of Sab TV shows are way better than Sony. I have't heard or read of Sab shows going off air abruptly, especially if the story isn't finished.

How come these two channels belong to the same parent company, operate in the same country and yet behave like polar opposites?

it has everything ...family ,romance ,action,fantasy ...Sab airs a mixture of shows from fantasy to drama and yes thier management of the channel is so much better and professional unlike Sony and the best thing is they do not compare shows to tarak mehta coz it gives them the highest trps...every show gets its own chance and story ..Sab brings in such variety ..

and true even i am surprised how is Sony involved with Sab yet so pathetic ..

By the way, anyone heard from Jacinta lately? I think she's aware of the off-air news. Hope she's doing alright.
