if anything, she’s being emotionally manipulated right now from many fronts. And emotional manipulation is very real. Some fall victim to it and learn. Some already know. Pallavi is just too kind to see through it. Need I remind that had it not been fore this kindness of Pallavi, she would never have that soft corner for Raghav after all what he continued doing with her and there would be no Raghvi at all.
Not judging Raghav, just saying he needs to go with the promise they made to each other. Keeping other person informed. How can we say for sure that Pallavi won’t believe him? The amount of love she has for him, she walks away with him holding her hand no matter what he says to anyone. She would definitely believe. What has Pallavi done to earn this disbelief you have in her character? She is infact the one who believed in him when his own family didn’t. Pallavi is the one who believed in him even when he himself said he’s a murderer! She really loves him a lot and yet she gets judged like that?
Did she counter him when he said that something’s weird with Mandaar? That it’s his sixth sense speaking? No. She registered it. Wait and watch our girl going all out for Raghav very soon 😎
Pallavi is not only being judged, but being judged even before the episode airs, before she has done anything at all!
And Mandaar is just an innocent confused victim to her right now. She doesn’t know yet. Period.
Lol, don’t get me wrong. I love Pallavi’s character. And she was already shown feeling uncomfortable at that chai place with Mandaar. I had written Raghav probably feels Pallavi will not believe him or think he is exaggerating, not that she will not believe him.
Should Raghav tell Pallavi about his misgivings? Absolutely. Should he have confessed about the cellphone switch and why he did it? Surely yes. But this is a soap and even in real life, people have insecurities which don’t let them come clean. Is that an excuse for not being honest? No. Is that dishonesty a lie, I don’t think so but it will surely lead to problems which will keep the drama going.
As for Pallavi, she needn’t follow her mother in law’s every gesture. Me personally however did not like Pallavi going with Mandaar in the auto and stopping at the chai place. The guy is cunning, he puts the onus on her and says if you don’t want to stop we don’t have to, putting Pallavi in an awkward spot. Always go with your gut feeling and her gut is already telling her all is not as it seems with this creep.
As for Pallavi trusting Raghav, the girl had a soft spot for him from the get go. She would go to his house several times unannounced with not a fear of being mishandled. He did not give out creep vibes to her. That is what I meant when women can usually tell, she has to sense the evil vibes emanating from Mandaar. Yes, Raghav was horrible in manipulating her to marry him but she had a choice to walk away. She didn’t confide in Aayi or Kaaku and went along with the marriage. She was also bold to show his true colors at the reception party. Pallavi instinctively knows Raghav for all his bark has no bite when it comes to her. And a man like that is incapable of murder, she rightly surmises.
But in her effort to bring closure to Aai and Sanki Budda, she should not put Raghav second. She needs to figure out ASAP that Mandaar is not okay and put him in his place. Let’s see if she confides her misgivings about the binna address ki envelope to Raghav.
