I have noticed this among many folks - CLOY has been interpreted in many diff. ways. Some call it like a Bollywood drama so they don't like it. For others - there're too many unrealistic romantic expectations there.
I on the other hand had another perspective than these I guess.
Cos I loved the overall setup & the fact that many N-Koreans have stated that it got most of their situations quite right - I applaud the makers for their efforts & courage - esp. when the N-korean govt. is also trying to actually get it off from everywhere cos they believe it's showing them in -ve light (jabki aisa kuch nahi hai)
So what kind of K-dramas do you like? Would love to hear about some new names🤗
I tend to get bored of fully romance based dramas - especially kdramas. I think I've seen over a 100 so I got the formula down (esp for romance once) pretty early on. So I liked CLOY when it started and then it kind of tapered off for me.
But yep a lot of people have different perspectives on all the dramas! Its just about how you as an individual connect to the characters and the stories.
I tend to like more action, murder/thriller/mystery or comedy based ones, with subtle or romance where it's not the only focus of the plot & characters. I also like dramas where the cinematography was exceptional.
I have a lot of favorites it's hard to name all of them - here's my drama list link https://mydramalist.com/dramalist/8350929
Of the top of my head, my top recs are always Weightlifting Kim Bok Joo (lighthearted, feel good drama), Mad Dog (if you like heist/ensemble casts with witty characters), K2 (for the action scenes - romance is weak IMO), Its Ok to Not Be Ok (for the acting excellence of all main leads) and Circle for sci-fi, Signal for Murder/Mystery, Hospital Playlist for feel-good ensemble cast. I think the last fully romance one I enjoyed until the absolute end was The Beauty Inside (drama not movie).
Every romance one I watch I stop watching after the 11-13ish episode because I get bored.

@bold Oh my god😲, mai kitchen scene bhul hi gayi🥺, itne saare precaps, scenes and bts m wo kaha chup gaya pata hi chala🤪
Shukriya shukriya ❤
Talent bahut hai magar ghamand nahin kara 😂😂😎
Kitchen scene ka hi toh intezaar hai mujhe. Because i have a gut feeling ki Raghav ke "Agar usko uska pyaar yaad aa gaya toh" Wali insecurity ka bahut sahi answer degi Pallavi.

Ufff koi Pallavi ko bhi car dila do 😂
Amma aur woh raatko daaru party karne jayege
If this continues rr will buy 5 cars for pallu 🤣🤣🤣

RR does not watch daily soaps. 😳
Bechara itna shreef villain hai ki gundagiri chodhkar shaadiyan karwa raha hai 😂😂
Important question.
Where's Farhad and Amrutha? Give us some time of chill Cvs. Show them at least! We will gush for hours together.

It was amazing ❤️
If you like medical dramas then the good doctor was also amaizng
Cars for Pallu and bodyguards too
