You know main kal doosre thread pe bol rahi thi- I'm a pretty selfish person. I tend to be very, very blunt when it comes to safeguarding my own interest, chaahe jisko bura lagta hai lage. But if I were in Pallavi's position, I would have agreed to these things too- gaadi mein baithna, khaane ke liye bolna, pooja ka sheera. For an innocent person recovering from something as traumatic as memory loss, these are very small requests- kis mooh se mana kare koi? And Pallavi ke liye woh innocent hi hai- she's getting uncomfortable, but she has no reason till now to believe he's shady. And gut feeling ke basis pe, how can she be cruel to her Ayi-Baba's son? That's why I wish ki Raghav would tell her about his conversation soon (and I think he will), taaki she's a little more alert.

If Mandaar does assualt her, physically or sexually, (though I really don't want this track personally), it's wildly inappropriate to blame Pallavi or Raghav for it. We must blame Mandaar, and only Mandaar for it. He's an adult making his own choices, who needs to know right from wrong. Let's hold him accountable for his crimes.

Exactly she is acting as per nature to help an innocent man recover his memories and doing this things only from a humanitarian point of view but as soon as Mandar made the statement I will get my wife back she made it clear numerous times that Raghav is her husband and Mandar has no place in her life and even said so but Mandar clearly do not takes no for an answer and is openly showing his intent to physically assault her . Only with Pallavi he is acting innocent and trying to manipulate her good nature to his advantage. See creeps like this are very cunning in real life. They analyse their prey and then use a strategy on their prey which will work. Mandar is doing that only.

Okay so I went through that entire thread again and pondered over it for a while. Now I totally understand what was the triggering part for you @inese_20. I shouldn't have commented there without knowing the whole thing and I also feel I overreacted when I called out people who defended Pallavi. It wasn't a bashing post as TM clarified but I was kinda impulsive and rude there. So I apologize for that. Hope you guys will understand.

I like how Pallavi responds to these pressures honestly. Suno sabki, karo apni. Shuru se aisi hi hai, jisko jo bolna hai bol le, but karti wohi hai jo usse theek lagta hai. Remember, when Vijay told her to stop working with Raghav? Uski saari daant sun li, but end mein simply bol diya, ki Baba I disagree with you, main karungi uske saath kaam. And that's that.

She's the same. Mandaar, Sulo, Vijay she's not blowing up at them when they go like 'Mandaar ki Biwi', but she's also not agreeing to their absurd demands.

Her boundaries are there- gaadi mein baithna? Okay. Pooja mein saath baithna, as a wife? No. Khaana nahi kha raha, doctor is saying emergency hai? Fine, she'll come. He asks her to stay with hi,=m, live there? She says no. Insaaniyat ke naate, jitna acceptable lagta hai, she'll do without hesitating. When it crosses from 'family member' to 'wife', she draws a clear line.

Just watched the episode! Ayi toh superstar hai! I've always said this woman has an iron will. Pehle bhi, beta mar gaya, and we know how broken up she was about it, Pallavi told us she fell ill, but us haal mein bhi, she had it in her to care for Pallavi, her new bahu. Usse white nahi pehnne diya, society waalon se lad gayi, beti bana liya, aur move on karne mein support kiya.

Aaj bhi, I can't even imagine how overwhelmed she'd be. But phir bhi, she had the mindspace to be aware and respectful of Pallavi's wishes, of her happiness, her choice, more than anything. And haath ke haath Vijay ko bhi aaina dikha diya.
