He loves her for sure but usko time lagega hi.. he has yet to understand that he wants to see her as a woman too, he wants to love her as a man loves a woman. He only has choti Bon in his memories right now, he doesn't know the Badi Bondita yet. He needs to meet her anew and form a friendship with this woman she has become and only then, will he put a name for this emotion he feels.

I am confused regarding his stand. I mean obviously he remembers heras a kid because major part of his memories have choti Bondita. But I feel there is definitely an awareness that she has grown up and a certain shift in his feelings too. Today when VJ asks him to close his eyes and listen to his heart, all his flashbacks were of badi Bondita. When she asks aapke sapne mein kon hai he remembers holding Badi Bondita close to him during the fight.
