What does law say??

Does anyone know what the law is in the situation that is shown in MHRW?? Not that I care about the law here because I don’t want Pallavi to go back to that bander at all. He is definitely negative along with that loony doctor. Already hate them both.🤮 I can not stand both at all and bander’s Pallavi jaap. Who asked him to leave the house Slyly on his wedding night in the first place and who are his enemies who left him to die?? Bahut ghapla hai!!

How can Pallavi or any woman in that situation go back to her first husband?? It is just not morally correct!!

And less said about papa annoying Deshmukh better it is. How does he has the face to ask Pallavi to do anything at all for him or his son?? Hasn’t she already done enough for these losers?? And didn’t he himself throw her out and he never wanted her back in the house?? One time he wanted to bring her back but that too for his selfish ego and to put RR down. So no I don’t want Pallavi to think that she has ANY responsibility towards these loonies.
I want Pallavi to stay away from them. Since Mandar is back, she should also stop caring about that store as well. Her husband makes enough money to take care of all their needs. Even if she wants she can do her own business.

Sorry for the long post. I just had to get it out. My blood boils seeing that Mandar obsessing over Pallavi.

Irrespective of what law says, no one can be forced to stay married to someone. Its all up to pallavi. I hope she doesn’t act like mahanta ki moorti and sacrifice her lover for RR .

pretty sure law will allow her to choose her partner in this case and get divorced with the other asap.

In reality this would never happen unless the body is so disfigured and unidentifiable, if that happens it will probably be deemed missing person.

If pallavi wants to be a sacrificial lamb thats her choice and if that happens, then she doesnt deserve to love anyone.

If she takes it as responsibility and helps mandar and deshmukh family with Raghavs full support—- that would be something I would like to see in this show.

Help Mandar with what?? He is definitely here to obsess and to lust over her. I hope apna hero sees through him and saves his sari ka dukaan.♥️

he is not disabled or paralyzed. May be after rao has his way with him she could do that 😉

Also don't need to worry about Pallavi's or the script writer's choice. It will always be the main lead who gets the cake unless they really wana grab the bulls by the horns and risk trp.

It should definitely be her decision and if Star Plus interferes enough, then she will choose Mandaar to protect Raghav from whatever dhamki Mandaar makes against him. I hope she realizes that he's Raghav Rao and that he can easily flip any and every dhamki thrown at him. Dhamkiyon se darr hota toh he wouldn't be where he is today in his personal and professional life.

The only saving grace here is Raghav. Only he can make Pallavi choose for herself without any restrictions or obligations. I just wish she fought for herself with the same fervour as she fights for Raghav. Pata nahi kyun par itna sab kuch hone ke baad bhi she becomes meek and mute in front of D-fam when it comes to her. Khud unke pair dho ke paani pee legi but will lecture Raghav on not bending backwards for people who don't deserve it. The hypocrisy is rather frustrating!

Yeah but that's pallavi na. She can tolerate everything herself but not for the ones she loves. Baat Raghav ya amma ya nikhil ya aai ki ho toh she will take up arms and go to battle without thinking twice but when it comes to fighting for herself she feels selfish and gets paralysed.

We saw the same in today's episode she was paralysed with fear so much her hands were shaking and she was visibly relieved that Raghav showed up and that she didn't have to concede to D family's demands.

By law rr n Pallavi marriage is fully legal. As on the day of Pallavi second marriage Mandar was dead in the eyes of law. She married to rr in good faith believing she is widow. If Pallavi wants to go to Mandar. She can't do so as she is now rr legally wedded wife. He can go in court for right to cohabitation. She needs to take divorce from rr if she legally wants to be mandar wife. If Pallavi resorts to blackmail. Rr can make her come with him. I think Mandar is psycho.
