Here we go again..They always say water haha.

It's true, whenever I get asked that's my answer. I don't do anything special, but I drink LOTS of water. And ever since I started drinking water regularly throughout my day, I have more energy, less headaches, great skin, and lots of pissing in bottles because who can be bothered to walk 20 feet in the middle of the night every night after drinking ALL that water?
