I already have 50+ friends and didn't get the networker badge, is there a problem with the site or do I get the badge after a certain level?

Does the IF years badge go up only if we complete 5-10-15 years. I have completed 6 years (I think) and my badge still shows 5?

Has ids ever been hacked on IF (or prone to get hacked) even when the pw is very complicated & never shared with anyone ?
