Me too. And this is what making me more convinced that this baby swap thing is for real. Ishwari is one of the central characters & makers will never outright vilify her. The writers & producers have always maintained that Ishwari is good at heart, just a bit old & reserved & so her thoughts are not that open minded. They are gonna turn Ishwari modern & open minded by making her finally accept Suhana, who is not her own blood, as her granddaughter & maybe loving her as much as she loves Ayush & Shubh.

But if this is a lie, Ishwari has gone as far away as planning to send Suhana away. Dev will follow his Mother too. Even if he resists initially, Ishwari will get started with bachpan beta maa struggle etc sob stories & Dev will eventually agree. That would be a total family breaking point.

After that Suhana can never ever feel like calling Dev Papa or calling Ishwari Dadi. Moreover Devakshi would not be fine anymore. Sonakshi was apprehensive of letting the Dixits into Suhana's life, only because she trusted Dev to do the right thing for his daughter, she let them in. Now if he gets ready to send her away over a lie, it would be all over. Sonakshi will feel like she did a big mistake by forgiving him previously & wouldn't trust him with her kids ever again. That would be the end of Devakshi too.

So I don't think that would be happening. Most probably this will turn into Ishwari accepting Suhana & Sona-Soha marvelling over her kindness & Sonakshi also, finally being a good Mother & Ishwari praising her and Dev once again relaxed seeing his mother & wife at friendly terms🤔

Actually Ishwari's actions are what has convinced me that the swap is indeed a scam only, this season is about Devakshi growing apart and then coming back together for drama's sake. In season this already happened once so I won't be surprised if that happens again. Its not that Devakshi would get destroyed completely but slightly bent a little as a couple and parents. As you can see even though they have been together for a while now they've grown quite distant to each other already and lost that spark as a couple. Suhana was the one brought them back together earlier and she will only be the reason why they would separate or drift off once again especially after this thing of ousting Suhana from the family. This is also another hint that she is only their real daughter not that Ayush.

By showing that Ishwari is sending Suhana away they have already vilified Ishwari because say even if Suhana is not her blood, Sonakshi is still Suhana's mother, separating a child from It's mother over her greed for Ayush getting more love which he doesn't have to share is not only cruel but sort of vile already. This is why I feel It's a scam for sure, because how else will the writer bring in added drama into the show later on???

Idk to me it seems Rohit just wanted to secure a future for his child.

The baby swap doesn't make sense at all. There's many nurses in the hospital, similar characteristics. The doctor would've told them if the sex was wrong.

Also it's stupid but wasn't ayush's mother also Bengali how has no idea about anything bengali.

Thats why I am keeping my fingers crossed that this is all a big lie and nothing more. I don't mind if Devakshi adopt Ayush, but no way can he replace Suhana as their child or heir.

Ayush's mom died when he was very young so he never got to interact with her much hence that explains he doesn't speak much bengali. Yeah Rohit could have done it to give his son a secured future, perhaps he was terminally ill or something and looking for a rich couple that would have been able to provide for his son. How is it that he got into an accident right after overtaking Devakshi's car as if he was tailing them from the beginning or something.

I don't know. To me it would be point of no return. Believing a random stranger & doubting your own kid's "originality"? And then discriminating against her & trying to make her go away? And now that you know that she was original after all, now again shamelessly trying to woo her over? How can one trust such double faced people? I don't think Sonakshi will be. What's the guarantee that they wouldn't do it again?

If I was in place of Sonakshi, I would just pack my kids with me & leave that toxic house forever. Never to return again. Maa Beta baithke asal sood ginte raho but spare me & my kids. The kids deserve better than such pathetic excuse of a father & that shameless vamp of a grandma.

So I don't think they are going to take that route. Even though Ishwari wanting to send Suhana away on itself is wrong, they are going to justify it showing Ishwari is victim of generation gap, old, reserved & not so open minded. That's why she is sending away Suhana who doesn't belong in her family. But ultimately she will give in & accept Suhana & that would be her character growth. Dev will be awed by his mother's kindness & Suhana will remain forever indebted to Ishwari for giving her a place in the family, in the house where she doesn't actually belong. And Sonakshi will adjust & be happy that her family is together.

1) what you mentioned

2) Sonakshi's name at the time of the birth was not Sonakshi Dev Dixit. She had gone back to being Sonakshi Bose.

3) Suhana's mannerisms & nature that was soo like Devakshi in s1 & s2.

But if you see, writers are changing/manipulating past details to make this baby swap look possible. The delivery is now a complicated c-section delivery, Dev found some "records" which is a single scrap paper establishing this swap, Ayush being like Dev & Suhana suddenly becoming stubborn, unyielding, tantrum throwing brat etc etc....so I am not very hopeful that all this would be a lie. Makers seem genuinely interested in pushing this baby swap track. Their tagline "purane rang phike padh rahe hai naye rang judh rahe hai".... Ishwari explained that Ayush is new rang, Suhana is the old rang who must fade out now.....so I don't have any hope this will be a scam.

Also, Rohit is dead. So is his wife. Who is going to profit from this scam? And there was no surety that his lies wouldn't be caught. What if Dev or Sonakshi asked for paternity test? I mean, that's the usual reaction. No? Apart from GKB, no one even mentioned a DNA test, not even Bijoy or Jatin. They already have it established that Ayush is the real son.

I laughed so much when they said that on the show, that Dev went and checked documents which confirmed the swap. I was like, Righhttt, so this nurse does an illegal swap of babies, then completes paperwork regarding this, which is kept safely for 8 years for Dev to come and find out! 👏👏👏👏👏

Well Dev may not completely abandon Suhana or willingly send her away its only that Ishwari who would do this shit. Dev can only be blamed for believing Rohit over trusting his own child and not taking stand for her and that happens with a lot of kids so Dev is no exception as a father. This season is about then as parents first and then as a couple.

Those documents could be forged and fake too but he never bothered to check the authenticity of those so called documents either.

Guys just a question, Rohit said the nurse was bribed to swap the babies, now I guess when a child is born they are handled by more than one nurse and doctor in charge of the delivery right away for example washing the baby, checking its weight etc. They all would have known the gender of Sonakshi's child right, so say if the swap happened wouldn't they have noticed or realised this and informed Sonakshi right away as new born I guess are kept under observation along with their mothers at the hospital for a day or two I guess.

Could this be another hint to the swap being a scam? Unless even the doctor or gynaecology was a part of the baby swap crime.

Yes same were my thoughts. Maybe GKB is spitting out facts. But the problem that Ishwari feels and believes that Ayushman is Dev's son is preventing everyone from doing a DNA test.

I agree they are making it like an emotional family drama. Once the show was a fresh breeze of air and now, they are trying to make something impossible possible. Over that they are stretching the story too.
