Dev and land conflict?

I kinda liked today's episode but Dev's work-life seemed quite intriguing to me. So, he went to that shady train bar so that he could acquire some land for his office space which is apparently occupied by some illegal settlements. So the question is why does he want to buy that particular land? Why is it so important to him? Dev has always been a righteous character so I would like to believe, he won't do anything illegal🧐🧐

I think Dev always had a subtle dark side, which comes to fore in season 1 in some instances like, when Dev spied on Kushal Roy and eventually became the reason for breaking off Sona's potential engagement, when he got Sona ousted from the hospital she worked in because he wanted her as his mother's personal nutritionist, also during the Dev ki Deewangi track when he used to stalk Sona... Shady or not, whatever Dev did he thought of his family first.. (but that doesn't mean it's okay to get involved in shady stuffs)

Oh, Ya dev has been SONA'S STALKER for the longest time🤣🤣. I even got a strong obsession vibes from him when they reunited after leap and dev had got over possessive of her and had enforced restrictions on her🤣🤣

Let's see the dark shade of colour we will witness in dev this time.🧐🧐

Well, the way things are going, Dev may get possessive with either Ayush or Suhana, based on which 'territory' is threatened. Poor Sona will keep standing with his aftershave 🤦🏻‍♀️😆

Yessss, he can be very shady! But he's been homeless himself, I don't think he would render people homeless for business's sake

I was thinking the same as our dev babu is very sensible in his work Kingdom ,always very kind and polite but y this land but I think this land is their old house where he use to live with his dad and family..lots of sentiments,memories r there thus he is totally different personality
