People conplaining about raghavs realization want a watered down typical romantic male hero. Raghav is NOT THAT. he is not a lovey dovey guy. He knows what love is. Yeah, he knows how she feels and that she's ready to hear this, plus his fear is making him express something he has felt for a while now. He doesn't need to realize anything, he's been feeling all sorts of things for months .

And yes, he is afraid...which is what's triggering this mad rush on his part to get his feelings out because it's not just Mandaar but the entire D-fam that she's attached to and he is scared to think about her even going back there.
