Many of the questions were actually quite embarrassing. Especially life partners questions. Putting them on the spot like that is so cringeworthy to watch. I think a lot of it is social conditioning too. In many families, DILs are always seen as the outsider no matter how many years they've been married, never fully accepted/integrated into the family.
