i loved the little jhatka se pulling him ke ab utho bhi and adi ka still feeling low but lettign her take full charge bohat pyara hai ke he is feeling so heavy by the events of the day ke kuch bhi usse fully nahi distract kar raha he heard imlie ki baat but is still nto sure toh he is like hmmm but imlie is being such positivity ka bundle liek she always is pulls him in and as always in the pricess makes it enjoyable for him awww and suddenly they started enjoying..
hahah i laughed at imlie chaati phodooing adi and his realistic watch interactions.. it is bits like these and how these 2 play them that saves them from being a total cliche.. they have played it very well on their camaraderie and sticking to character traits very understated but the right feel.. i just loved how lovely they looked being hubby wifey in their room. the sukoon was something else in their smiles
LMAO the moment the Balamwa ka instrumental bit started playing, I thought of you🤣.....but I think mercifully they only stuck to the instrumental part in the dance na? Balamwa bit tak pahunchne ka time nahin mila cuz Aparna-Radha aa gaye and then they started playing OMINOUS music on the whole dance🤣
Haath pakadna was fine for me jitna bhi milaa....I loved Adi's surprised expression on seeing Imlie offering him her hand.....lol....and yes the fact that she literally lifted him up to make him stand.....the whole role reversal was so nicely envisioned.....after a long time, Imlie got to play that role so definitively warna Adi has been the one holding her hand and trying to walk many difficult paths since a while even when she's been reluctant😆......so aaj it was his turn to be reluctant and Imlie's turn to be the one cajoling him for a change ki maan bhi jaao😆
They are personifying that partnership aspect ki when one falters, the other steps up to hold their hand and steady them, encourage them, motivate them.....pehle Adi did it and now Imlie is doing it :)
LOL@ Adi ki nautanki when she crashed into him and him acting like badi zor ki lag gayi.....nautanki hai pura😆.....but yeah otherwise the comfort level was nicely played out as we can get a sense of them settling in more into their relationship.....room mein bhi ab ek more relaxed vibe hai as husband-wife but done in a very understated manner as you pointed out. I really liked the way GM played Adi ka dejection/reluctance in this convo.....it's rare to see Adi feeling this hopeless - it's usually been Imlie since many days😆....but aaj it was his turn....and he played it very subtly and poignantly.....really got summarized in that bit where he gives her a long rueful look and says ki tum toh kuch bhi kar sakti ho....and you can see he himself is feeling bad about not being able to give her saath. Toh it hits home there again ki Adi ne aise hi nahin bola hai he wants to give her saath in every way......wanting to give her saath is indeed his greatest driving force now and it guts him when he's not able to do that for her after all this long struggle to be together.
