LOL arey Didi scenes ke overload ka dread toh is OMNIPRESENT otherwise😆......but I will genuinely be pleasantly surprised if they manage to give us a full week's reprieve from her😆....so far toh lagta hai kal ke epi mein bhi nahin hogi....so that will make it three Didi-less epis this week😆......what a difference it makes for the storytelling cuz it allows the focus to be on one plot rather than insertion of token Didi bechaargi.......finally they seem to be realizing ki this bahu competition needs to be focused on Imlie as the central figure.

Loservedi overdose chal hi toh raha hai in the form of AC in each round of the competition😆....woh akele kamaan sambhaal rahi hai is waqt....other Loservedis are on standby😆

As usual I feel Didi saare kaand hone ke baad hi aayegi to learn what all her Mom did during this competition....😆.....ya shaayad utna bhi nahin.....lol......yeh bhi achha hai ki Adi-Imlie as usual are focused on giving each other's saath rather than busy doing Didi or BFF jaap.....lol

And I liked that Pallavi admitted that she did feel bad about disqualified which was realistic. If it was didi, she wouldn’t have accepted That- she would make it all mahaan and about herself. That is the difference.

I loved that pallavi said she did feel about disqualifying but it is ok because the family has to win ultimately.

Haha yes, the contrasts between Pallavi and Didi were quite notable in that bit as Imlie was apologizing to her but Pallavi was graciously downplaying it.....but do you think Imlie or Adi will ever realize this contrast? Nope😆

Bol denge ki Pallavi toh bhabhi hai.....lekin Didi toh DIDI hai.....uska haq hai to make everything about herself and guilt trip the other person😆

Pallavi finally did but too little too late .. it is because she took forever ke jo 2 line boli woh bhi moot ho gaye ..kuch impact nahi aaya so I was glad someone finally spoke but I felt the whole 5 mins were useless all they needed was pallavi speaking up at least 3 mins earlier too repeated the insults were

And even at table while it was sweet that all of them were eating the roti and pallavi showed desire to learn it why is adi moonh main dahi Jama ke bhaitha matlab they can't even show him say one word congrats to her too over her moti roti and thoda sa Chaska lena..what is this..I hate it. It is so disappointing that they won't give us one moti roti bhi aaram se saara maza khrab kar dia. Will watch the rest abhi aaram se and will come back

Haha at GOONGA Adi😆......I hear ya.....and you already know my take on this......first 10 minutes were mostly filler IMO.....it made no sense for Adi to not say a word even when they were all at the dining table....I get that they wanted to show the Junior T ladies praising Imlie ki Moti Roti but ek token look exchange hi dikha dete Adi-Imlie ka about the moti roti if nothing else......lol but writers are determined to downplay the Moti Roti trope for Adi-Imlie now I guess......

Yeh sab poignancy hawaa kar di hai about Moti Roti.....sigh.....ah well

One thing more I noticed in the amnesia segment - was Adi who self professed does not care about what society things - was pondering that his dance moves will make him the laughing stock of the society.

The logic of Aparna regarding these 2 dancing in public escapes me. She is participating as their bahu - what more embarrasment can specifically dancing with him bring? I can understand if they were clumsy together - but they were just demoing how good they were together so...

Also while they were dancing was the intent initially to show Adi being affected by Imlie's presence. These guys take understated nuanced acting to another level that sometimes I'm not sure what they are trying to emote....you get a small glimpse of something and then have to speculate a bit :)

Other than that kudos to makers for taking such a cliched track and making it worthwhile.

All I can surmise is that Aparna is dreading the comments that society ki ladies will pass on seeing Adi-Imlie ka closeness during the dance.....basically it seems like it will all get too REAL for them then that this is a legit relationship😆.....dancing in public together gives something legitimacy in their eyes I guess? More legitimacy than a public declaration of Imlie being Adi's wife? lol.....go figure......anyways, that's what seems to be their cause for panic.....they seem to feel ashamed about having to bear society ke reactions to seeing Adi-Imlie together🤔

As for Adi being affected by the dance......lol well the focus of that scene was on practicing the steps so that wasn't something to dwell on at that point I guess.....waise bhi shukar hai Adi didn't get more affected cuz whatever he'd have done then would have given a heart attack to Aparna-Radha standing outside the door watching them🤣

I think they kept it deliberately understated so as not to distract from the main goal of the scene......which was about Imlie teaching him to dance so that he can participate with her and T ladies ko jhatka seeing Adi-Imlie doing coupley things like dancing together😆.....any other reaction would have distracted from this main intent of the scene.

So far toh whatever BTS I've seen indicates focus still remains on the bahu competition and usmein is waqt Didi ka koi kaam lag nahin raha......

Haan I know writers in general don't like to let Imlie have any khushiyaan and Didi has to dhamko everywhere but I think for this particular track, they have to focus on Imlie for it to be effective in anyway.....lol so I'm gonna stick to my theory ki bahu competition mein nahin aayegi Didi filhaal apni shakal dikhaane cuz taaza taaza besti hui hai on Muh Dikhaai day😆.....thode gap ke baad aayegi.....after the competition is done with.

LOL woh heavy eye makeup can be for another event from the bahu competition na.....I doubt they will ever make that Imlie ka everyday look....thand rakho😆......jo bhi karenge, they will try to still adhere to her basic PD wala style in some form or the other....full on typical bahu wala look nahin denge usko I feel on a regular basis.....bas functions etc. ke liye heavier look on and off. .
