Akshita should post these reels. She alwyas asks people to make these. When Param was in pilot look, she was doing same. This is what Param was talking about. He said when you know each other very well, you can do anything with partner, improvise in romantic scenes and you know other person won’t mind. I am sure Param also improvise in Ishqaan romantic scene, that nose touching and close forehead kissing might be his improvisation😆. When Ahaan got Jewellery for Ishqi, coming from ear to lips he brushed his nose against hers. They are always standing more closer in scenes. I know directors decide standing positions but in many shows I have seen different body language of romantic couple. As ParaKshita especially Akshita is alwyas into Param’s space, ishqaan also comes across like that.

The one about Param wrappign his hands, is from Ranjana Pool BTS only. If you closely look at (0.5x speed😆), at 11.53-11.56 min, you can see that.

The reels we are talking are those romantic things they did at the end of Ranjana's vlog where Akshita asked soemone to shoot on her phone and Param lifter Akshita and they were playign in the pool
