Rajendra Kumar usually had Rafi playing back for him. This is a rare one with him lip-syncing to Mannadey, and Meena K to Suman Kalyanpur, from the movie Zindagi aur Khwab (1961), music by Dattaram and lyrics by Kavi Pradeep who was well-known for his patriotic songs. I really like this song.
