I agree, he was trying to make fun of the Ekta stuff...but poor execution today. I love when they subvert tropes, but to do it in a way that does a disservice to both characters- is it worth the cost just to take a jab at the cliche? Not only did they make Raghav do something dumb and insensitive, it's also something so out of character of him.

Just saw today’s episode out of curiosity. Not at all funny, Sikand. Raghav is way out of character and that too the state that girl is in, I have no clue what he was thinking. It was really not needed. Mandar ko aane de, poora baand bajnre waala hai Raghav ka. All he remembered was I’m Raghav Rao, lol 😵

Diya idk why I'm most angry at Krishna. She needs to not be Jiju ki Saali right now and should have been a better friend in that moment.

But I think the writers might get some justification on why this was done. I don’t think Raghav would do it unnecessarily as he was trying to tell her something. Pranking amnesia is never funny whatever the reason but I’m going to park my thoughts for now until we see tomorrow’s episode.

“The Raghav Rao hai” isn’t going to work when Mandar comes back in their life. What does Krishna mean by he can do all this 🤔 Too much Jiju side hai. But I really liked Pallavi’s conversation with Krishna. The way she said I couldn’t even breathe thinking if Raghav has forgotten her, if he never remembers her. And the main point was she was emphasising on the stranger look he had given at the moment where her she felt her life was destroyed. I was thinking would she feel the same when she faces Mandar ? She is going to get this exact look from him but would she feel broken ? Loved the way she said, she can’t bear the thought of her not being in Raghav’s life. This depth was needed for her to realise she can never go back to Mandar. The mere thought of her not being in his life broke her so badly. I am glad that I checked out the episode. This scene was beautifully done and was so poignant from Pallavi’s point of view. We all know she was falling for him but to hear to what extent was beautiful. She can’t breathe without him, her whole existence revolves around him. I like the way CVs have expressed this when Mandar’s entry is being done.

I feel Krishna was a friend there. She could see how much traumatised Pallavi was and there was no use repeating with the fact that Raghav was wrong and on top of it, Krishna is filmy. Her talks about violin and love confirms her thoughts about this prank as well. She was calm when Pallavi was upset and I liked the way she calmly showed Pallavi the mirror. The way she pointed out the difference in how Pallavi felt for Raghav and Mandar, only a friend can talk openly. Now we know how Pallavi was with Mandar. She never had any experience of love with him. Remember we used to discuss how she was when Mandar died. We know now that she was just a girl who had lost her husband but today she had lost her life by losing Raghav. I really liked the difference Krishna pointed out.’ Somebody had to show Pallavi the mirror and the way Krishna made her realise was really beautiful.
