Riddhima ki monitorgiri...?????

I just dint uderstand dis part...lik how long is riddhima supposed 2 b d monitor???...I mean she became a d monitor on d 1st of April n till d alst epi telecasted last week, dat is 17th april she was still d monitor!!!...did d rules change???...bcz as far as I remember dey get a chance 2 b monitor for like a week!!!...or cing how gud riddhima is at it, dey hav alloted her d whole month???...or is dr kirti fed up of her interns n so has officially given her duties 2 Riddhima???...or probably bcz she is Dr shashank's daughter, shes been given anoder week or 2???..so many possibilities bt unexpalined!!!...Luks like d sanjeevani hospital is so buzzing wid their doctory dat dey hav forgooten 2keep track of d dates...vatcha think???
