Yeah, they never mentioned who got maasi this new home? Ishqi doesn't have that much money and she is not working now. Those were the original plot of the story. Ishqi's job, Ishqi not taking Ahaan's financial help which would cause conflicts in them, Ahaan slowly helping her in kitchen, Ishqi trying ti buy old age home etc. I think writers brought pregnancy in the hope that it may increase TRP but in that they ruined the show.

Maybe Ahaan got landlord to renovate it during the 6 month period (before kicking Ishqi out of the new place).

Dadi truly from bottom of her heart thinks her son died because of Savitri. So she doesn't feel any guilt to kill/torture Savitri as for her it is one life for another. She feels she is right in her own delusional and twisted world. She is definitely going to go crazy at the end of the show.

This is my backstory - theory for this Mausi home:

This is the same home renovated. Ahaan not knowing Ishqi's familial dynamics got her kicked out of the new home that he had paid lease for and basically called each business to not employ her, but at the same time got the place where she was originally living renovated so they would still have a safe place to stay. Obviously he did not know at the time that Ishqi was trying to keep away from Mausa for almost killing her Mausi, and that there was no plaster / roof issue in that home. Hence when he saw Mausa at the resort, they recognized each other. Mausa was still living there so he was prob happy with all the reno work, etc ...

However, once Ahaan found out about Mausa, he made sure latter would never bother Ishqi & Mausi again (with Chachi's help). So he probably made sure he doesn't come near that home.

Also Ishqi saved money in the AC unit at older house - and she mentioned it recently so it is definitely the same house. And that's my theory (stated above).
