I know. But the thing I am unable to get past is, it's not like he went missing and they presumed him dead. A body was found, a post mortem conducted, and he was medically and legally declared to be dead. Infact, Pallavi would have had to provide proof of her first wedding, as well as proof of his death, in order to get legally married.

Toh then how does this work?? I find it super problematic if the ManAvi marriage automatically 'un-dissolves' now, because then Pallavi is guilty of bigamy, and that's really unfair.
