Pallavi being insensitive/ selfish/ short sighted/dumb, spoiling future for past, spoiling lives etc....

When the hero took ten years to move on from his past he is heavily sympathized. But when d fam & pallavi couldn't move on from last two year, they're shamed why? People want krishna rao so that raghav can give justice to her naana & bhai but mandar doesn't deserve justice, why? Covering up for amruta was the most disgusting move by pallavi but covering up for kirti is great thing to the mankind, Why?

Then spoiling future for past/ being shortsighted, doesn't raghav himself being shortsighted? Ok he'll go to the jail to save his sister, the what will happen to pallavi? He'll be punished for certain time but pallavi will be punished for her whole life. Society, family will shame her everyday.
