Looking at the precap, then unlikely Raghav went to jail as he now knows Kirti can't drive, so got to be someone else. But why the reporters?? I don't think Raghav will still surrender after knowing Kirti may not be the one behind the wheels.

I think he will definetly go to jail all by hiself because now he thinks keerti dont know driving still she is driving and woh bhi drunk this will prove her criminal and punishment will be hard atleast for 10 years so he dont let her go to jail he will sacrifice himself for her
