But as you said, Raavi also need not have resorted to name calling. She is also stooping low by hitting hil where it hurts. And many people are biased towards Shiva, because he really did not ask for this- he is thrown into this situation and ended up developing feelings for Raavi.

I don't think anyone would be ok if drunk Shiva actually misbehaved with Raavi physically or hurt her
