Why is there so much focus on Ahaan-Savitri meet and not Sonu-Savitri? Even Ishqi is saying that "aap aur Ahaan jarur milenge". Why not mention Sonu? She is equal to Ahaan when it comes to Savitri?

Because the person to convince is AVM. If he says yes, everyone else falls into line 😃

I do think Sonu will end up meeting/thawing the ice with her mother first- AVM will be the final guy to bend.

Maybe to convince ahaan first than sonu...sonu looks a bit innocent compare to ahaan,she might listen to savvy easily comparetively to ahaan...or maybe savvy has some secret that she has to tell ahaan about thats why she keeps on saying mere bacho mere bacho ahaan

The writers forget about her. 🤭🤭. Unhe sirf lead yaaad hai shayaad.

Or may be at least Sonu ko ashirwaad v de dia Shaadi Mai, same gaari mai bhoot v ban liya, toh indirectly Thora to waqt mil hi gaya. Isliye shayad she wants to meet Ahaan more.

It is kind of surprising that in one of the earlier episodes Daadi was the first one who tried to reconcile after her little Tiff with Chachi.

Or may be she was ok with Savitri too till her son's death. Savitri only said that Daadi was ok with his son's actions but did not say about any torture directly from Daadi before her husband's death .

Daadi would have been ok with Rhea too infact loved her, always praised, had all these did not occur and Ahaan's marriage would have happened with her. Rhea and Chachi were similar in Daadi's eyes untill recently.

Daadi sees Savitri in Ishqi.

She time and again compared Ishqi and Savitri. This along with the fact that Ishqi met Savitri may be fact that she thinks Ahaan will go away from her too like his father.

She is superstitious and this may be one of her stupid superstitions.

Right..Dadi feels Ishqi is like Savitri...Savitri started working and wanted to take her kids away..during the process her son Ahaan's father died..Dadi if bahu is working woman she wont tolerate husband's mistakes and split the family

in 6th or 7th episode Ishqi tells dadi that she wants to work after marriage and want to be full on independent ....since that time dadi started disliking Savitri...
