Why would Rhea randomly bring lunch for Aahan? She has never tried to win him over thru good bahu-like acts before. And now when she has a super strong baby card why would she try these tactics?

Exactly. Even before marriage, she has a pregnancy card which would be much more useful to her. It seems to me she doesn't want to use a pregnancy card maybe 1. she doesn't want public embarrassment so she is just trying to convince Ahaan to marry her and pass the baby as after marriage one😆. She can say it is premature baby 2. She is not trying to win over Ahana but just plant doubts on Ishqi's mind. So she came just before Ishqi so that IShqi sees them together
