Brief updates again!
16th April:
Lajjo is pacing her room worried about her wedding the following day. Mami comes in and pacifies her, also assuring her that she need not worry about Jaswant as they all are there to look after him. She also adds that the Singh family will take care of her, especially Uday.
Singh House…
Ranjeet has a heart to heart with Uday saying how proud he is of him and says that he is certain that because of this wedding, Abhay will also be accepted in to this family and he and Ranbir will also grow closer. Uday smiles.
Downstairs Anjana walks in to see Dadi praying and smirks to herself thinking that she can pray all she wants but at the end, only what Rekha wants will happen. Dadi notices her and is pleasantly surprised to see her at the mandir so early in the morning. They talk about how happiness has returned to the house due to Goddess Durga. Just then Dadi overhears Ranbir calling out to Rama and goes to see what he wants.
Ranbir is surprised to see her and asks about Rama – she replies that Rama has gone out for work and warns him not to scold her for leaving and tells him that he should give his wife some more freedom as the poor lady has been running around to get everything organised.
Later, Ranjeet introduces Ranbir to the men who set up both wedding mandaps on Rekha's calling. Ranbir gets angry to hear Rekha's name and accepts the mens congratulations for Abhay's wedding reluctantly.
Guest House…
Lajwanti's Choodha ceremony is going on. Jaswant becomes emotional seeing this and prays for Lajwanti's happiness after marriage.
Hotel…
Uday rings Abhay and is excited about the wedding. Abhay shares his concerns about Lajwanti and Ranbir at the sangeet yesterday but Uday pacifies him by saying that Lajwanti was feeling awkward due to the new environment and Ranbir will soon come around and forgive him. They put the phone down and Liza leaves for the beauty parlour saying she has to get ready. Seconds later the doorbell rings and Abhay opens it thinking it to be Liza but instead is shocked to find Ranbir.
17th April:
Abhay is happy to see Ranbir and says that he knew one day Ranbir would come and forgive him, ready to take him home and accept Liza. Ranbir curtly tells him that he has not come to forgive but instead to tell him that neither he [Abhay] nor Liza should come to the wedding as he wants no problems there. Ranbir opens the door to leave and finds a confused looking Liza all dressed up for the wedding. Ranbir storms past her and worriedly Liza asks Abhay what's going on; he evades her questions and takes her out.
On the Road Ranbir thinks to himself that he has to get Uday and Lajwanti married at any cost.
Singh House…
Anjana is annoyed listening to Banwari's chatter about marriages and wonders where Rekha has got her stuck. Just then Ranbir comes in and Anjana asks about Rama. Ranbir smiles and replies that she must be busy in wedding celebrations and leaves after asking Banwari to join him. Everyone is surprised and Vinay asks Banwari about Ranbir's changed attitude – Banwari is also confused and leaves.
Anjana becomes worried thinking that it seems as if Ranbir has accepted Abhay-Liza's marriage and immediately calls up Rekha with the news.
Upstairs Dadi is talking to Uday and she becomes teary as she tells him how proud she is of him and the decisions he has taken for the family.
Guest House…
Lajwanti is dressed in her bridal attire. Jaswant comes in and as Lajjo is being adorned in jewels he remembers dressing her up for school as a child, playing with her and consoling her as she cried after her mothers death. He becomes emotional.
Restaurant…
Liza is confused and asks Abhay why he ahs brought her here when it si there wedding day and everyone must be waiting for them. Abhay apologises to her for never being able to ekep her happy and giving her what she deserves – a house and a happy family. Liza asks if this has anything to do with Ranbir – Abhay becomes emotional dn tells her that Ranbir hasn't forgiven them or accepted the marriage, in fact he never will. Both become teary but Liza tells Abhay that his family is nice but it is him that she married and it is with him that she wants to spend the rest of her life with and tells him that she is content with being his wife and hugs him.
Singh house…
Anjana puts the finishing touches to Uday's attire and they joke around as Uday moans about having to dress up so much. Anjana lovingly scolds him saying that you only marry once and if she doesn't make him look good then Rekha will tell her of. Ranbir and Ranjit also come in and smile. Vinay runs in worried and tells them that Rekha has gone somewhere and is not picking up his calls. Everyone becomes tensed.
Downstairs the whole family is worried about Rekha's disappearance and continuously try her phone as they the Bharat needs to get going. Just then the house phone rings, Anjana picks up but it's a wrong number. Rabir starts losing his temper and Dadaji tells him to calm down but Ranbir doesn't listen saying that Jaswant is waiting for them. Just then the door opens.

Both Lajjo and Liza looked so pretty as brides😊....really praying that something will ahppen and Abhay-Liza wedding will take place😳...
