🤣 this is actually cute but I actually relate to what you saying.. I thought didi is actually masoom too untllil the gunshot that was till where I binged I was like she is ainvayein si sidey character kinda like.our Tia baby from IB ek dum harmless didi but then started on day to day and her rang started coming through.. but you see this is why probably she keeps getting free pass caz she is Chantomai

Haha 😆….those of us who were watching in real time used to initially think she’s just dumb and clueless but overall sweet hai😆….but I’d say her obvious manipulative tendencies started to become more apparent to me around the time of the award tantrum she did where she made it clear what a self absorbed and entitled brat she actually is. And then later on the things she chose to make a scene over and the things she chose to hide or lie about made it very clear what kind of a person she really is 😆

The writers are just propping her up on fumes right now. Anyone who has the capability to look beyond surface impressions can clearly see her for who she actually is 🤷‍♀️😂.

Oh even I was under the delusion that Malini is such a nice person from the inside and actually felt bad for what was happening with her. I dismissed all those small cues that makers showed us, thinking its just harmless. But started feeling wary when she started giving Imlie lectures on how to behave just to downplay her bagging second in the entire state exams and that whole stuff. I totally lost it the day she tortured our poor Imaliya for having worn sindoor to the college! That did it for me! I think that did it for almost everyone here!

Hmmm....you do have an interesting take on her presence in Adi's life, which may very well be right. However, I took the need of her character there as for Adi to realize the stark difference between his feelings for her and the draw he felt for Imlie. He never loved M but he did not realize that till he fell in love with Imlie and my interpretation is that, if she wasn't there Adi might not have realized, for the clueless person he is, that he was actually falling for Imlie.

Sorry for ghusooing in your discussion but I think Adi(as a flawed character and mere human being) use dd regain the control over his life,decisions and restore his tuta atmasanman jiska dhachia udgayi thi in the forced marriage fiasco.during premarriage with malini he also said in his solo dialogue also that if imlie is kismet ka choice then he will fight against it and he is choosing malini and he will fight for her as his choice.he also mentioned about this in his confession in front of meethu and SK,how he was doing all this to boost his Khokla ego,all the rudeness,meaningless PDA,badi badi bate,wada bangers baggera …. all are for to keep imlie at bay,to keep himself at bay from imlie.,also to prove to imlie and himself ki uska apni life main puts control hain,kismat uska life dictate nehi largo,as we all know he was drawn towards imlie from very big innings .so it’s all about Adi ,his self respect,his wish etc. malini is just a tool Adi use for own selfish purpose.so now Adi don’t need her.but makers are still ghusauing coz maybe if they cut off her completely then maybe their hero will look more human 🤷‍♀️,which they don’t want or maybe scared that Itv audience still didn’t progress upto there to call a spade a spade.

kui ki imlie ke behen prem or Adi ki gheri dosti jap khuch impact nehi karte general audience ke dil o main.kui ki o kanta hain,jo gole se utarti nehi,but chubhte jarur.
