With you completely on this one. Imlie here has no standing to get outraged by Adi hinding things from her, coz she has done the same in Nishant's case, which was an equally shattering truth for Adi. I think her anger was on the fact that knowing that Malini and her are sisters, how did it not faze him in anyway. That shock on her face was also disbelief that he accepted her biggest truth so easily without blaming anyone. I think the shock is also that her Adi who shared every little thing with her was able to hide such a big truth from her for so long.

More than anything, tomorrow's drama is going to have didi's contribution both physically and between Adi & Imlie. While they might show didi's conversation on one end, she will make her presence known in the Adilie conversation as well. While I do not feel she is going to push him away anymore, but her insecurities will rear their ugly head during her didi jaap. Ironically it was not just what her blood relations said that mattered to her, it was her assumption about Aparna's reaction that really hit her hard. The words she imagined she would have to hear about not being good enough for Adi because of what her father did, just broke her in everyway. Tomorrow I hope to see Adi pull her up the same way she did to get her strong again to face the Loservedis with confidence.

Thanks for penning it down AY! For me I have always been mind blown by Sumbul's acting. Shes able to convey such powerful emotions with absolute conviction and subtlety. I even liked the way she ran through the rain today. She was not a "heroine" just running in the rain and crying, but a small child trying to escape the horrors of her past, running as fast as she can leaving all that mess behind, to an unknown destination. And finally the fall👏🏼 and how she looked straight at the mud that stained her body and hands before realizing to pick herself up. Just wow! For a girl of 17, she has such amazing potential. Its endearing to watch her play it all out!

I keep my expectations low and started to watch the track. But first day itself they started with promising notes. Just loved the running out of Imlie. The breakdown was done very well.

Because aparna matters she is more her apni then the so called blood relations to be fair she can't afford a judgment being passed on her existence from aparna it will hurt and that being a cause of her blaming imlie...for stealing her son and then being najaayz .. aparna is her dusri maa and that was highlighted in the dream curse too ke main beti samjha hasiyat se zyada pyaar and all..imlie thinks they already lover her more then she deserves but that was the breaking point for her ..she gives no faraks to other losers as such but aparna saying it was like a kick in her gut ..

Also I have to say I have been reading it generally all through DC is one of her closest and his opinion matters to her ugh I strongly disagree like STRONGLY STRONGLY DISAGREE.. she has given him regard as Malini's dad and caz they kinda developed a casual sa bond where she felt the pull but nothing more than that she never manooed him her apna as such so idk how his opinion matters she can deny him so quickly put him in his place ke aukaat main reh no baba and all even before she knew it shun him ke Back off do not touch have we forgotten this...at best she gives him courtesy and that is all..

She has far more love and apnaiyaat and apne pe haq given to BK/CK jinki thoughts and opinions actually matter to her jinka woh sunti hai maan rakhti hai haq jamati hai..who actually matter as her Father figures besides her dadda and she is a passionate about.. least of them all is this loser but sure keep the assumption going ke this loser ever mattered to her enough ke iski behuda baatein affect her .. if it was anything it was the shame ke aise tucha turned out to be her father how can he out of all people could be it.

Ya, no on the bold for sure. Imlie just gives him the regard of being Malini's dad and for treating her nicely. If he really mattered to her so much, woh itni aasani se could not have literally given him up to AC saying I will not meet DC ever. While she did feel bad saying it, she had absolutely no personal investment in that relationship, the way she has for BK & CK. Hell her equations with even Nishant is stronger, despite him being a didi bhakt. His reaction to the marriage truth really worried her till he showed that he accepted her as his bhabhi. SO yeah Dev's opinions never mattered to her and now even more so. Imlie has always maintained that for her, knowing her baba's name was more to get her mother insaaf rather than actually wanting to build a relationship with that man. Her father will always be SK and her knowing the truth will not change that in anyway. Her betrayal towards Dev was he always showed her such a loving side and today she was able to see him as the spineless, pathetic, two-faced loser he actually was. That was why in her imagination she perceived him to speak the way he did, where she was just a mistake and nothing more. What hurt her is that again someone reduced her existence to just a mistake or a paap, this time someone she actually looked up to at one point in her life.

-Meethi's concern as a mother for Imlie was nicely portrayed. Completely agreed. Especially Meethi yelling at AC for calling Imlie "paap ki nishani" but rather puniya.

-Liked Adi pointing out DC's mistakes to AC with the whole "ladies first" and how AC is so obsessively conscious pertaining her societal figure.

-Liked that Adi was trying to console Imlie upon truth revelation. It's a fresh blow so taking time to process this information alongside a plethora of emotions that suddenly entering within a quick span of time. Also, Nim_vir-ji pointed out the "keechad mei kamal" and how Imlie slipped into this keechad and evolves as that kamal in the rain in another thread. So, it was well done. BS, trying to coax her before the truth revelation from his side was nicely executed as he felt guilty for being unable to reveal the truth post PD trip in the first place. It sucks but at least he revealed it before the aftermath got cut off KC-Malini scene.
