She was genuinely comforting him, but at the same time she knows he is Chattan Pandya/Bahubali so he won't really be scared, so that's probably why she said that.. I don't think it was mockery!

Happened first time in 8 years and power has been restored now😃 we had a severe thunderstorm last night knocked off all power lines. Since utilities are privatized in the US, they work day and night to fix it😃
