Ishqi clearly seems to have noticed something or thought of something else, look at the change of expressions on her face. Maybe Ahaan's mark is at the back of his neck? Although it doesn't make sense that she'd be able to see it from that angle but ITV hain, kuch bhi ho sakta hain😆
