In that logic ahaan will think ishqi knows about rheas pregnancy but according to the promo ishqi wont know so it could be ahaan coming to the hospital hearing rhea is pregnant.... wonders who is the father but doesnt think much and leaves to find ishqi...later on his finds the truth maybe when rhea calls him up and ask him to meet her somewhere private
