Can someone please explain why Adini need divorce? It does not stand validity. Adilie marriage even though forced has got registered that’s shown in imlie school certificate. So how does Adini relationship stand now. If imlie pushes Adi to stay with Malini should Adilie not divorce or nullify their marriage to give validity and respect to Adini marriage?

I’m no legal expert but I think adini don’t need a divorce and Aditya can be charged with bigamy if Malini wishes to take him to court. But Malini does not want to accept that she unwittingly became someone’s second wife. She wants to save her face.

So she wants a divorce and also wants to be the dumper and not dumpee. Aditya just wants to get rid of Malini so he is like whatever to get you out of my life. He knows Imlie is his wife legally also.

Where I agree with everything else that you said, bar the bold point. I have a feeling that because it was a shaad on gunpoint, humare jo BS hai, he thinks that the shaadi is illegal. I have a feeling that also may contribute towards why he agreed to the divorce phat se, coz he now pure shaan se wants to make Imlie his lawfully wedded wife and he cannot do that as long as Malini is his wife even on paper.

But is mamle mein I am in two minds. While before PD he was doing the raag to Imlie that their relationship is illegal, when he told the truth to Malini he went that you are not my wife, Imlie is my wife. So yeah thoda grey area hai wahaan. Maybe as long as he was with Moon, he convinently catogorized his marriage with Imlie as illegy and then jab pyaar mein pad gaya, toh research ki hogi aur pata chala hoga ke waah, pehli wali was legal all along aur khush ho gaya hoga😆.
