also after the Holi scene when Ranbir was drunk and crying. She was the one who figured out that someone had challenged Ranbir to kiss Kanya. She knows Ranbir better than Kanya because I guess he is her boss. She knows her boss really very well and I do not see a problem with Pooja and Ranbir together. If kanya cannot understand Ranbir then there is no point in keeping them together. Instead Pooja and Ranbir can be together because she a cares a lot about him in many occasions. Even when Shantu tries to pull Ranbir's legs Pooja tries to stop her and makes her keep quite.

I agree with you 100%. I mean Pooja understand Ranbir very well. He doesn't even have to say something, and she knows. Maybe because he's her boss. But I agree I see no problem with Ranbir and Pooja being together. She cares for him a lot and and love will be 100% stable compared to Kanya.
