Mornings I am too busy with cooking and working. So evening is the only time I find to workout.

But I have to try this out for sure.

Bhavnaaye toh hum Sab ke andar hain, but we don’t verbalize it as much. 🙈🙈

True!! I don’t have breakfast though, straight lunch, so it is almost like intermittent, just need to get my dinner sorted early.
