Tejo's choice - the future tracks

Since this is a very predictable tracks, what do you guys think?

I, personally, think she shouldn't have to make a choice. Such a situation shouldn't arise, sacrifice and all... if ever arises, the situation should be dealt in a mature way. Nobody is a trophy here, no one should go swinging from here to there. Everyone's feelings and decisions should be taken into consideration.

I should have put a "none" options. Anyway. 😆

But this is itv, and this is a standard track, so what do you guys think. Tagging a few that I can remember, others feel free to reply. 😊

Honestly it's high time that Tejo realises the difference between Fateh and Jasmine. I'll be forever shocked how jasmine is so callous and it's been normalised. Also I know people who have gotten everything they wanted since childhood, lived in absolute luxury, and didn't turn out to be complete shithead. I want Tejo to see what an utter bitch her sister is, and tell her to either get her mess cleaned up or just fu*k off. Between these two, Fateh at least sometimes isn't acting like a shitstick. Jasso just annoys me too much

The more apt question is who we want tejo to choose😆?

On a serious nite, i really want tejo to side With fateh this time, she has to realise that she has sacrificed enough for jasmine and got nothing in return, not even respect an elder sister deserves..

Tejo has to remeber that now fateh is also a part of her life and she has responsibilty towards him as well..

She cannot side with jasmine because then it would be unfair to fateh..

But lets see what makers have planned here..

First of all, I agree... She shouldn't have to make a choice. The situation should be dealt with in a mature manner... no one is a trophy, neither Tejo nor Fateh.

Now, coming to Fateh, Tejo and Jasmine equation and Tejo having to make a choice...

My POV:

I'd surely have chosen 'none' if it would have been an option. 😆

Jokes apart, since the option is only between Jasmine and Fateh, I'd go for Fateh. Yes, Jasmine is her sister and she loves her a lot... But if we compare Jasmine and Fateh, Fateh has a bigger leverage. Yes, Fateh's character did have some setbacks post marriage, he did behave in a questionable manner but still, he respects her, helps her and is ready to lend his support. In these cases, he is actualy better than Jasmine who is just a selfish, brattish person and as of now, doesn't give a damn for her sister.

But then, my POV can't work here... we have to consider Tejo too.

Tejo's POV:

If we think from Tejo's POV then this would actually depend on Fatejo relationship. Tejo for one values her self respect and of course, her family too. And her character is such that she can go to any extents for her family.

If she has to choose between Fateh and Jasmine, then it would depend on where Fateh and Tejo stand in their relationship.

If this situation of making a choice comes after Fateh clarifies to her that he has completely moved on from Jasmine, doesn't want her anymore in his life and is happy in their relationship (and maybe even confesses his love but that's another point) then there are chances that she might fight for their relationship and not back off. But here, her love for her sister will come to play... She might get swayed by that and the balance might tip in Jasmine's favour.

But if this situation comes at a point where she believes that Fateh still loves Jasmine and would want her back in his life, she might probably step back in their relationship. After all, she wouldn't want Fateh to be forcibly tied to her in a loveless, forced marriage for life. She loves her sister and cares for Fateh because they are best friends. So, she would always want their happiness.

And here is where Fateh's stand might come into play.

This is just an observation based on the characters of Fateh and Tejo, especially Tejo. I don't know what exactly is going to happen in the future... but yes, there are ample chances that Tejo might decide to step back from her relationship with Fateh and take a backseat and maybe Fateh might take the frontseat.

This. I get annoyed when someone decided to sacrifice their relationship without considering the emotions of the other person. Sure, you get to decide what you want but let the other person take that decision for themselves too.

I’m not sure as to what choose means here so I’ll just go about my general thoughts.

If it’s purely about choosing whose side to take:

If at all there had to be a choice, I want Tejo to choose Fateh because Jasmine was wrong. I don’t know about sister vs husband but purely based on who wronged who, I feel like she should tilt towards Fateh. The fact that she’s telling Fateh about moving on and how Jasmine doesn’t care anymore, makes me feel like that is also what she would likely do.

If we are talking about choosing between her marriage to Fateh vs sacrificing it for Jasmine:

If Tejo thinks that Jasmine and Fateh love each other and would make each other happy, I don’t think she would want to stay because why would anyone want to live in a loveless marriage where the family dislikes you and they aren’t that supportive of your passion. But after everything that happened would Tejo believe that Fateh and Jasmine could be happy together? I’m not sure. She does love Jasmine a lot but she is fond of Fateh as well. She has shielded Jasmine but she still has a sense of right and wrong. Does she respect her marriage as a marriage? A lot of things would come in between like Fateh’s state of mind. Whatever happens, I hope there is clear communication instead of classic ITV misunderstandings then separation then hatred track.🤔

I think it is going to ping pong just like Fateh does between Jasso and Tejo.

Since I don't trust the makers, there can be two scenarios.

1)Tejo chooses Fateh first and her marriage; argues with Jasso but Jasso does something and Fateh might be ping ponging. Tejo, out of her self respect and wanting to make Fateh happy will revoke her previous choice and choose Jasso's happiness; thinking it will make both happy.

2) Tejo chooses Jasso first, but till then Fatejo relationship had grown. She tries to sacrifice but Fateh holds her back.

No clue which way it might go. But whichever way it is, even if she chooses Fateh or Jasso; there is a massive separation in cards for Fatejo.

My opinion is- it's too early for her to choose.

Yes the choice track will occur in the show at some point, but not right now. The makers will want to show Tejo torn between the two, her sister who she always gave everything to and her husband cum best friend who she has started feeling more towards.

The choosing might happen when Fateh has just begun realizing his feelings for Tejo and ends up getting hurt when Tejo steps back for Jasmine ( for drama you know).

Or it maybe it'll happen when Jasso asks Tejo to give Fateh back, since her charms aren't working on him and he has moved on. Tejo might either get mad at Jasso for considering marriage a joke and Fateh a toy, or given Tejo's character she'll consider herself a wall between the two lovebirds and step back. (more drama)

Either way, it doesn't matter who she chooses because as Niki said, a Fatejo separation is bound to happen. I'd rather she never has to choose though.
