Is it fraud or my fault or not

Ordered 7 donuts which were not fresh then we ate all after that we complain on food panda for stale donuts they refunded us same money is it fraud or my fault because we did. Complain they did companste pls clear my confusion

first you need to confirm if the money is in your bank account, because food pandas never refund money, they are scams, second if i am not wrong in the end of month, they will pay the restaurants few % say 40% and keep 60%, so they could just cut it out from there or i am not sure how the arrangement is on their side.

Anyway if the food was bad, then no fraud

i dont think they'd b interested in collecting it back, not feasible. eating stale donuts not a good idea though😒

The FRAUD here is me opening this thread and realising it's about 7 mf donuts.

It is not fraud, I don't think. All you did was let them know the food was stale. They took action based on what you said.

Are you from Bangladesh Or Pakistan? Because I don't know or have heard of anyone in India who still orders from Foodpanda.

it would be fraud if you file a false food poisoning case against the service provider. because you ate all of them despite of knowing food was stale and not good for health 😆

If at all you get an upset stomach (hope you don't) because of the stale donuts, use the refund for the necessary meds.
