Hi🤗
This is one of my experiments in writing. What I have written is something minority of us want to happen in the show and I belong in that category.
All kind of criticisms are welcomed.

The twist of the law.
Bigamy is prohibited under section 494 of IPC.
Raghav Rao, the business tycoon was never a fan of tardiness. He was always on time but that day, despite his wife waiting for him he took the lengthiest route to the RR mansion. He was buying time to face the ineludible obliteration, which would be waiting for him the next day in his living room. He was helpless and he knew, he could only stay back, hands tied when Mandaar Deshmukh would take Pallavi Mandaar Deshmukh back.
According to the section five of the Hindu marriage act 1995 the conditions necessary at the time of marriage are that both the partners getting married should not be having a living spouse.
It was past 2 am when Raghav went to his room to spend the last night with Pallavi Raghav Rao. After changing, he laid on his side of the bed, the left side. It was not a planned condition, just happened. She took the right side, so left was his.
Raghav wanted to sleep, however he was afraid. The last couple of hours he had with his wife would be short lived if he slept so he refrained himself from closing those eyes.
For the first time ever he wanted to be the normal husband, who respected both the emotional and physical intimacy of a relationship. He knew that from the emotional front he was not a bad one but they lacked the physical intimacy which she expected from him. He regretted the times he stopped moving to her side. She was never shy of showing affection, but he always burnt her advances with his guilt.
In spite of the warning bells inside his head, he shifted. The distance ceased to a couple of inches when she faced him; eyes still close. They had shared proximity before but crossing that barrier was a remote thought for him.
“Pallavi,”
She didn’t respond.
“Saree ka dukan,” He called her,
“Hmm, What Raghav?”
She slowly peeked out of her eyes. The couple was close, closer than ever. Baffled he was with the strange comfort she had on her face seeing him.
“You came, so late…I waited…then fell as…leep.”
“It’s okay.”
However, there is an exception provided by section 494 of IPC, it states that either of the partners can contract a second marriage after the long absence of her partner for a period of seven years.
Raghav was no longer her husband, but a human. Jealously as one of the most powerful traits of humans either can make or break and Raghav Rao was choosing the latter.
The small distance vanished when without any further ado they collided. Raghav for the first time in his life did something completely out of his comfort zone. He was not immune to crimes, he was not immune to mistakes but what happened with Pallavi was neither a crime nor a mistake, it was love, raw and passionate. He was in love with Pallavi Sawant.
The remaining night he made love to her, for the first and for the last time.
When a person is already married and the marriage is still valid, then contracts another marriage with another person is called bigamy and the person committing this is called bigamist.
…
The next day, Pallavi was dragged away from her second husband by the first. She stood stunned in front of both, one is happy and other is indifferent. She tried her best to read those eyes but failed, blaming the manipulative Raghav Rao who stood in the back leaning casually on the wall.
She had faced similar situations in past, despite having a chance at gaining the family she lost she chose to stay back with Raghav proudly, who was waiting with open arms but the third time, there was neither a pair of open arms nor a pair open eyes.
Pallavi is a bigamist and Raghav was unapproachable.
…
Raghav opened another window in his laptop and typed, ‘Punishment for bigamy in India,’
The results showed up.
Bigamy is a non-cognizable offence, bailable and compoundable with the permission of the court. It is punishable with imprisonment up to 7 years or fine or both. For the offence of committing bigamy by concealing the fact of the first marriage is punishable with 10 years of imprisonment or fine or both.
…
One month later Pallavi Rao was back to Pallavi Deshmukh, she was back to Deshmukh Saree Emporium. She was back to the Marathi daughter in law she was but Pallavi never could let Pallavi Raghav Rao leave behind.
The decision was made.
One-day she went to the dining table of Deshmukh family, and announced, “Mandaar, I want divorce.”
