The one line that stuck with me was when Shiva tells Raavi that he'll only take her with him when he gets back the kangans (may be slight paraphrasing) and reiterates it later.

Everyone has said that he's putting Raavi and the kangans as equal, but his words don't actually reflect that. It sounds almost as though he's challenged himself that he can only be worthy of her if he keeps his word to get them back. What kind of a husband would he be if he didn't? (obviously these are just my thoughts and it might not be the case + he still shouldn't have compared the two as equal).

this is such an interesting point of view - I never would have thought of it that way and while I'm not sure if I'm ready to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that this is why he's doing this, this theory could very much be plausible and I can see it relating to his character arc

hats off to Alice, the first scene when she confronts shiva was so intense and raw
