In first 130 episodes if Mayuri was taking the footage, I can digest. She was like a parallel lead. Now with Adilie emerging to see such footage makes me feel if we are on a cliffhanger.

The shows name is Imlie. How much makers or actors stress on Malini being the lead😆 for an award she will be put under the category supporting actress. Gossiptv awards is just a teaser😆.

Adilie together is not the end all of my expectations. I want to see Imlie's journey where she soars and flies (esp after her struggles thus far) and is not held back by silly Adini related drama on a periodic basis. I want to enjoy the show but the makers have got me on edge - with every episode I am worried more abt how much footage didi will get and how much of interference with Adilie....more than looking forward to the show. Hmm yeah I mean I understand where you are coming from here. Aaj kal the makers have just enough of Adi's lines to indicate the direction going towards the original in the future...

But I think I'm with NM ji on this, one episode at a time is my mantra too. I would like to see how they execute this, but if the show gets too much for anyone at any point, a step back is definitely the way to go 😊 At the end of the day, this is a (very addictive) TV show. If it has become too much/has too negative of an impact, take a break from it! Trust me even if this were to be the world's best show, it still would'nt be worth your mental wellbeing 😆 (Insert that Adi gif of watching TV has damaged your brains here)

Oh I completely agree that it is very addictive. This is the only show in a long time where I am watching episodes and scenes on loop. Either I am watching or discussing on the forum and it is damn fun and addictive. But one thing is there that I agree with both you and NM and Ay as well. I am not really expecting much and just watch to see how they are taking the show ahead. Matlab even if they do follow the original, I am still okay as long as I get some good scenes and character progression. Luckily my investment is more in watching what happens next and how they take the story rather than lament that they are ruining charao, coz woh toh hona hi hai. This is ITV, so expecting logic or real progression will disappoint you as a viewer only. Story ke tarah dekho, enjoy karo and discuss karo. Apne mental health ke liye achcha hoga.

thanks!! appreciate it! actually NM's recommendation to take one episode at a time has made me feel better. If it all goes downhill I can stop watching. I was worrying I'd be too invested by then and unable to disconnect as I am finding now - but I think her comment reminded me that I am unable to disconnect now because I still have hopes from this show - but the day that is gone - I will most likely be able to say sayonara easily!

Don't worry. I think we all have done it at some point with most ITV shows. When they go downhill it is actually quite easy to quit and just focus on the good parts, so yeah, don't worry about it.

Yep one episode at a time is the way to go. When the show first started the makers promised a realistic adaptation of the original and looks like they have not copied everything as it is. So yeah I am still hopeful - after all the show is called Imlie - so her and Adi’s story it is👍🏼

I think you guys are reading too much of the BS ka reaction on "Pl meko ab bhabhi mat bulana" and "Imlie and Malini ka relation is deeper than humare relation se" 😆

Like it was a normal awkward expression one has when you are in happy space and suddenly koi kuch b aisa bole k sab shant 😆and aaj ka humare relation wala dialogue I am taking it both ways as in BS malini and bs Imaliya as kuch bhi ho h to blood relation😕

Ek to BS ka "Humare" is also a big reason of making max janta k dimaag ka dahi😆

Pl note k uske sare confusion wale dialogue mein "HUM" in caps hota h😆

That day I was talking of trigger😆in Malini's case BS's trigger would be his break of trust that he has on Malini k woh kabhi usse jhooth ni bolegi😕

They are keeping this dilemma alive for a future reference to Imaliya making her observant that after marriage the way BS is behaving the same way as he used to be with Imaliya when he was married to Malini,even if it is due to guilt or whatever

The time BS starts taking on decisions without involving Imaliya regarding Malini, Imaliya's observation will also start.🥺

I've been part of a few forums before but this is the first time in a while I've been back here. Same I loop back through a lot of episodes from even the second PD trip and on, because the slow build of Adilie and the way they showed the incompatibility between Adini was truly something interesting.... the execution was wonderful! Of course the past two months were super heavy, but there are still some good scenes there too. I guess that's why I'm still watching 😆 Honestly I went into today's episode expecting no conversations at all between Adi and Imlie, so what we got made me content that hey they're finally discussing next steps together, talking about things and on the same page (how i wish it were a diff page though )

@bold: This is the part most people that get invested have trouble with.. i'm the same, so I have to remind myself of it. Esp with other platforms and the way bashers react to everything I forget sometimes it's just a story. So yeah I've completely removed mentions of Imlie from other platforms now... my version of a break really 😉 I'll probably watch this show til they get married if we get there not sure what will happen after that

(Also lowkey I love Sumbul so much I think that plays a role in my own fears of how Imlie gets portrayed 😆 but the girl seems to be rather confident in herself even knowing the flaws of the character so I have to remind myself she'll be ok. She's talented and surrounded by supportive people so she'll do well for herself)
