Dev unfortunately has been worse. He has been showing concern and being nice, par andar se khola and a bigger hypocrite than AC. Anu ke views ka toh humein pata hi tha, lekin Dev ki asliyat abhi baha aa rahi hai. He is a spineless hypocrite, who will not own up to his mistake, yet has the gall to question others regarding theirs. He will not have the guts to own up to his EMA, but will make Malini feel like crap for hers. While I understand that having an affair is wrong, but it is like pot calling the kettle black. Atleast in Mailini's case, Adi is not only aware about her relationship, but also supports her. So how should it matter to Dev who Malini chooses as long as she is happy. But nahi, usse apna pita hone ka haq jatana hai, without ever fulfilling the farz that relationship demands. So ya, in a toss up between AC and DC, I will anyday choose the vitriol of AC over DC's crap.

i think Dev comes from misplaced sense of guilt.. he takes responsibility of what he did to mitthi and may be just may be he trying to void malini from making that mistake.. but here malini is also at fault.. Aditya never stopped her from revealing truth.. its her own track of mahnata that she invented KC..

Dev is just spineless he cant accept his own faluts.. so even if his aproach towards malini could been justified in certain way but him being nasty to her is not a way to put forth his concern for his child... here i blame writers.. they dont know how to do redemptions of spineless characters.. 🤢

For me Dev has absolutely no redemption. That guy had no guts to even tell his own daughter that he is her father. Matlab sach bolne aur uske consequences ke tension ke chakkar mein he landed up in the hospital. Both father daughter arr cut from the same cloth. Both want to put their heads in the sand and assume that out of sight is out of mind and the problem will get solved on its own. They would rather hide the truth rather than face it, so what can we then say. DC is a bigger hypocrite than didi, but otherwise, Dev is just the worst and extreme version of how bad didi could get in the future.

Can I ask you guys something? Is it normal for me to get upset and scared when I see gash and mayuri pics together offscreen in BTS. I know they are different from onscreen. They have their personal lives. I have no hatred towards Mayuri but Iam not able to separate reel from real. The Bts picture of Gashmeer and Mayuri in Nishvi wedding is upsetting my mood. I know they are friends .

Not sure if I have to disconnect from imlie for sometime

😂 you just remember adilie is the endgame come what may they are inseparable and when they are not insecure why are we …there can be misunderstanding between them but they won’t stop loving each other … they are too much in love and shall be .. just remember this and these will not matter how much ever Malini takes footage/ diverts them … Adilie’s one eye lock will sync their heart and they will 2gether forever …

thanks for replying. The footage Mayuri gets recently lsometimes makes me feel she is the lead. In other serials there is a fine line between who is the lead who is not.
In first 130 episodes if Mayuri was taking the footage, I can digest. She was like a parallel lead. Now with Adilie emerging to see such footage makes me feel if we are on a cliffhanger.

The progressive bahu on star plus with Malini name along with other leads is confusing too.
sometimes I feel sumbul is like a side character offscreen.

😀 it doesn’t matter plus one thing we have to remember Sumbul might have had exams so Malini’s track might had been extended …there are other factors too …irrespective of that I think now a days she is almost not doing DD jaap and even if she does Adi will not tolerate it … if you don’t have faith on any have faith in Selfish Adi 😇 and serials name is Imlie ultimately she will have preference … see a common story line in 80’s , 90’s and 2000’s when there are 2 Hero’s and one heroine or 2 heroines and 1 hero in the triangle the person who doesn’t have a partner ultimately dies and is shown as mahaan this is on same track thou they introduced a hero for the third person in triangle and made it a square but the third person is not ready to move on so the 3rd person is bound to unknowingly create misunderstandings between the pair and keep it a triangle and ultimately die … common story line …endgame is ppl in love we just gotta to patient and njoi the art of story telling see how well they execute or how much they stoop to show the 3rd person mahaan … just chill .. I knw it is easy said than done 🤗

I somewhat feel the same way as you. I question myself as I why I watch a show where I know the original was cringeworthy and it seems like the makers are not to be trusted based on episodes 130-175.

Adilie together is not the end all of my expectations. I want to see Imlie's journey where she soars and flies (esp after her struggles thus far) and is not held back by silly Adini related drama on a periodic basis. I want to enjoy the show but the makers have got me on edge - with every episode I am worried more abt how much footage didi will get and how much of interference with Adilie....more than looking forward to the show. I have lost my conviction in Adi's love for Imlie and that is the basis for this feeling I guess. I am trying to take a break and detoxx - to see if that will help. Have not been able to quit :(
