Etremely toxic and cringe worthy Epi

What are they even showing or trying to convey

A lady shown to be fierce and independent advocate bearing insults and kicks of in laws and the husband himself, beacuse he do not remember her!

Today's epi was extremely toxic and cringewrothy especially the last bit. In the times when news of deaths in laws are trending, here its being shown as "sacrifice for love". She could have simply used her proffessional resources to find out about the kids, please she is advocate not a illiterate with no outside contact. Extremely toxic.

Yaar im unhappy with episode too but what was toxic about it?

Pratigya- a distraught mother who has just witnessed the kidnapping of her kids and only thing in mind is her safety. She naturally informs the family and Krishna their father. She knows the thakur affluence and now Krishna is the only saviour she sees who will help rescue their kids. In her dillemna she even forgot and kept mentioning humare bache, my kids! The way she held Krishna jacket to rattle him to sense that anything can happen to Kriti was all so like she is seeing him as kids father right now who needs to rescue them!

Krishna- no idea that he is father of kids, still concerned, angry, true to his impulsive nature is trigerred by amma into believing that Pratigya is involved in kidnapping. Refusing to trust an outsider over his mother, he acts in character, believing Pratigya is culprit. Threatens her with consequences & locks her.

I hated the man handling part by Krishna but his situation is such that i cant completely hold him accountable. My opiniom on it!

I hated the violence and wish I did not see Krishna behaving like this tho!

You are soo right. I am also frustrated, rather annoyed with today's episode. I think I have questioned the writers (in my head) in almost every scene in this week because some things are just not digestible.

Imagine Pratigya, such a big lawyer, the Iron lady is just reduced down to a mere target of her inalws and she prefers to stay that way? She fought Balwant almost on her own guts and when Meera asked her to get sindoor from the mandir, she agreed and saw Krishna fill her forehead with no if no buts. She could have denied it or just pretended not to hear, fallen down with it, dropped it. Is marriage and ritual associated with it a joke? I think the writers have created this season just to butcher each and every character. You are right, she would definitely have some other avenues to get things done, rather than coming back and begging Krishna.

I love Krishna for who he is but hello what he did was physical assault and that is not right. We know Prats is his wife (he doesnt know) that still doesnt give him permission to assault her. If he did this to any other woman in the show - would that be allowed? or even accepted?

Completely agree with you although he did remember that pratigya is his wife and garve and kriti are his kids but he did have any right to physicality assault a women

Whoever she is she cannot do like that completely dishearted with the episode one day they show krishna very polite and taje sides of pratigya and the other they believe amma and assault her, insult her, fire her and soo on.....?

Thank you for sharing all of your thoughts. I just got a glimpse of the episode. I just can’t believe krishna’s behaviour towards pratigya. I could not watch the every scene. I assumed sumitra poisoned Krishna’s mind against pratigya. I felt bad for her. They should have showed that krishna is using his sense or heart rather than using his poisoned mind. That could have been really interesting to watch. Anyways I was just sharing my thoughts.

Good thing is that I didn’t waste my time watching the whole episode today. You guys saved my precious time. I really appreciate it. ☺️
