Oh 💯 Personally, if they sudden began respecting one another simply because they are married, their entire story and history would be ruined and pointless! It would cease to be about Shiva & Raavi. It’s the same as them falling in love just because they are married. These two aren’t GauRa. I want to see how the scene plays out before commenting but yes, I believe this is needed for the story and their relationship to move forward. Do I believe Shiva needs to show more respect towards Raavi & stop manhandling? Yes. But I don’t want him to just do it suddenly without truly meaning it. I don’t want him to respect her just because they are married. Because somewhere inside, it’s not going to be true respect. I rather see both grow into it and have solid reasons for respecting one another! And I don’t see that happening anytime soon. It will take time but once it builds, it’ll be stronger than anything else!

Point. It's unrealistic to expect these two suddenly mouthing divine words at each other.

They aren't there yet. They have a considerable journey to take. Shiva has to get the bitterness out before he gets better. You can't heal a broken woman without undergoing your catharsis.

I am NOT defending Shiva for his down the draining behaviour, but I see it instead as a conflict or a story that they will deal with eventually.

Sab Gaura ho Gaye tho stor kya hai. Ma ki Khushi and then bacche and unki Shaadi.

I have loved the journey of each couple—the selflessness of Gaura, the intensity of Shivi and the Bad-girl: Good boy equation of Rishita.
