first of all please stop calling the maid you can call the home help because it sound so arrogant disrespect full towards the person who is helping you yes you are paying for their job so are you working under some one ,here in uk its known so bad calling someone like that they are earning the money it does not mater if you work by siting on the chair ar what ever way . my sister and her husband used to come to visit their kids here in uk and USA and saudi Arabia ,while my cleaner was cleaning the house my brother in law asked who is here and my sister replied the Maid i had to shut her up do not say this word here yes back home you do what ever you want but not here please especially in my house or infront of my kids they will go mad about this mentality .
