Ishqi with Savitri on Wedding day

Saw a BTS clip on Insta where Ishqi in her wedding outfit is at the hospital with Savitri - Cant post link coz Im a "newbie". What are the makers plotting/hatching?

I suspect doc will call Ishqi saying Savitri is critical or thst she has woken up & blabbing & key decision to be made re her treatment. So our mahaan atma Ishqi wld hv depriotised her wedding & dulha (in the fine tradition of Itv bahus) & run to do some samaj seva that requires only her indispensable inputs.

Plothole here - Ishqi has no idea Savi is related to Malhotras, right? She is just a samaj seva project. Thrn why can’t she tell Aahan & go to see Savi. Why go w/o telling?
