here on the left of the title of each post the envelope icon is blue or pink or red.

That is basically shows whether its a hot topic / new topic / old hot topic etc.. I will have to hunt the post where I have posted about this change.. but it has been around for quite sometime now.

then what's wrong? At my side it;s showing that i have updated my username on 8/4/2020 8:04:57 AM

Cause it is showing in MM/DD/YYYY format.

We have made a few changes to the site:

Comment Section

• Now it will recognise the next line.. so now it will be easier to write larger comment / multiple para.
• The comment text box will grow as you type.
• The limit of 25 characters has been reduced to 10 characters

Forum Topic Page:

• From 2nd page the Forum Banner as well as the Ad Banner on top removed so that the topic start appearing on the first screen itself (without scroll).
  
• Reduce empty banner space.
  
• Speed optimisation so that it downloads only required content. Rest gets cached so that saves bandwidth both for the user and us.
